This villa is situated within the private community of Queens Grant, located in the heart of the award winning Palmetto Dunes Resort. The moment you step inside this villa you will fall in love with it! We have the closest access, in Queens Grant, to the private beach at the Palmetto Dunes Beach House. The beach is a 7 minute stroll, a relaxing walk or a 3 minute bike ride, or IF your prefer to drive, a minute drive in the car. Tennis, Pickleball and Golf are also only minutes away. Be sure to bring your rackets and clubs. Bike and kayak rentals are only a short walk away. This magnificent place comes with loads of splendid amenities in order to offer you a memorable vacation experience.

The 1500 square foot Grande ranch style villa has been recently renovated, creating a dream “get away” experience. It’s open floor plan includes two spacious bedrooms, and two beautiful bathrooms, a modern kitchen overlooking the expansive living-dining area, that feature a luxurious floor plan and breathtaking high vaulted ceilings along with an outside patio area and much more too!
A service court off the kitchen provides an outdoor shower and storage for beach chairs, etc.

Very clean, host was very hospitable, great location, very comfortable! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Kitchen was stocked with tools and appliances, very clean. Only thing I would change is maybe adding dishes that are microwave safe. Not a huge deal though!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful vacation. This condo was perfect for our family...location wise it was close to everything we wanted - beach, pool, restaurants, etc. The pictures give an accurate representation of the condo itself. We loved the big couch and layout. Will definitely rebook when we revisit Hilton Head.

The palmetto dunes villla was excellent. Very clean and was so close to everything we needed for our stay. In the evenings the villa provided exactly what my wife and daughter needed for quality fsmily time . We played scrabble. The beach and pool were so nice and very clean. We would love to stay again .

Wonderful family stay!

We loved this property and are so happy with our choice to stay here. The condo was very clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for the week! The location is the best in Palmetto Dunes property, as it’s a short walk to the beach, the General Store is just at the corner, as is the HH Outfitters store. We weren’t able to take advantage of all the wonderful amenities within Palmetto Dunes, like pickleball, golf, and bike rentals since we have young children, but we will definitely be back! This location was perfect for our young family. Thanks for making our first visit to Hilton Head a wonderful one!

Rest and Relaxation

522 was perfect for the three of us! It was a lovely, newly remodeled and very clean villa. It had everything that we could possibly have needed. The unit was close to the beach and the pools. We used our rented bikes to get to and from the beach. LOVED having a washer and a dryer!

Good times

The place was nice and met all of our needs. The kitchen was also nice and stocked, we cooked almost very meal at the house. Beds were also comfortable. The pool was a very short walk just off the back patio. We walked, biked and took the included Dunes Buggy to the beach. We ate ice cream at the general store almost every day and overall had a good time. Mari was always very quick to respond and it was a nice place to stay. This was our first time at Hilton Head and we would stay at this house again.

Hilton Head Stay

This place was conveniently located in Hilton Head. My spouse and I enjoyed staying in this condo. Overall, everything seemed nice in the place. The kitchen was well furnished. The condo was spacious. My critiques are that the main tv in the living room did not work. The master bed did have hairs in the bedding. The pools nearby were small, and did not seem clean. There was close by beach access, which was nice because it was more private. Overall, this condo was nice, and I would recommend.

Beautiful Villa!

This was my second visit to this villa and I was just as pleased this time, as I was the last time! We chose this villa because it is so close to the beach for our morning walks. We play pickleball and the courts are so close. The driving range was our afternoon activity and it was just a short walk there too. The other reason we chose this villa was because it was so clean and we found this to be the case again. It is stocked with everything you would need and the decor is stunning. They have added wonderful Rainfall Water Shower Heads with body jets since our last visit in both showers which were a great addition. You will find the communication with the owner to be outstanding. We enjoyed our stay and we plan to book another visit at this lovely villa.

Just okay

The unit is modern and well appointed. Good location in Palmetto Dunes. Unfortunately, there is quite a bit of wear and tear- old sheets and towels, dirty couch. The unit is very dark, even with lights on and the outdoor space pictures were deceiving- large table and chairs, 2 bbqs, and a second table and chairs with a high thick hedge right on the edge- cramped space not really for sitting and enjoying. Track lighting in the bedroom didn’t work.

Simply The Best!!

I have stayed in Hilton Head/Palmetto Dunes many times and this Villa was by far the best experience of them all! First, the Villa is located in beautiful Palmetto Dunes which is across the William Hilton Parkway from grocery, pharmacy, retail, restaurants, marina, entertainment complex, bars and so much more. This Villa has everything you can ask for in the way of amenities....they thought of everything! The Villa was very clean, well furnished, great tv's, grill, outdoor private patio space. Thoughtfully decorated and up-to-date. Near to a shaded pool and very short walk from a completely sunny pool. Super easy walk to the beach, tennis/pickleball courts, 3 golf courses, general store and several in PD restaurants. I highly recommend Villa Dangelo for families, couples, golfers, tennis/PB players or anyone wanting an incredibly relaxing atmosphere. To the Owner: My best endorsement is I planning on returning to your amazing villa....5 STARS!!!

Immaculate Villa - Not 100% Fit

First, this unit is clean, pristine, extremely well equipped and just all round fantastic. The host is very responsive. There was no BBQ gas when we arrived and she responded and resolved it within 20 min of my message. Two slight negatives for us that really have nothing to do with the unit itself. 1) there isn’t a ton of natural light and the patio doesn’t really get sun (in mid March). If that’s important, maybe look at a unit with an eastern or southern exposure. 2) the area felt a bit “mature” for us. People were lovely, but it’s definitely a bit of an older cohort than other areas on the island (probably a plus for many). So, neither of these are really criticisms, just personal fit comments that someone may find helpful. Again, the villa itself is amazing. Comfortable, clean, relaxing and we really enjoyed the time we spent inside. (Had to make sure our teenage daughter didn’t sneak the fantastic frog painting into the car upon departure!)

Super clean & pretty!

We loved this villa! We were very impressed with the cleanliness, décor, & attention to detail. This is literally the first summer rental that I haven't felt the immediate need to clean upon arrival! The Queens Grant neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained. It was a bit further from the beach than we are used to, so we chose to drive to avoid a long walk in the heat. Note - there is a free service that you can call that's within Palmetto Dunes for rides to the beach based on availability - we just didn't try it out. A list of the things we especially liked & appreciated: The host was very accommodating & quick to reply to our messages Tons of towels/linens Quality furnishings & appliances Binder full of info/menus (we added to this!) The outdoor shower - so convenient for cleaning & drying our beach gear each day Kitchen had tons of misc. kitchen tools Propane grill on patio Helpful cleaning/bath supplies starters Great water pressure in main shower Cordless hand vacuum was great for sand in the car Plenty of hangers ***** If I absolutely had to list any possible "negatives": Lots of light switches & technology with multiple remotes that were frustrating - even for tech savvy family Inconvenient placement of the dining table An indoor deadbolt or chain lock on the front door (not electronic) would be reassuring - although the area felt very safe. Huge thanks to Mari for sharing her beautiful home with our family.

Favorite Queens Grant condo

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. It was our third stay at this particular location and we would definitely return. Mari was a responsive and accommodating host who allowed us to feel at home in her condo.

Perfect Get Away

We had such an amazing stay! The unit was adorable and comfortable. Fully stocked and very conveniently located in the Palmetto Dunes. About a ten min walk to the beach. We had so much fun and would highly recommend and we would love to return. Excellent communication with the owner. Only thing to note, the master bathroom sink is very tall as it's a taller counter with a bowl sink. I'm a bit short so I had to stand on tiptoes. Just something to be aware of!

Pool confusion

The property shows there are 5 pools that are accessible to everyone but we didn't find that easy to find. The pools seem more hidden and no clear markings as to where they are. That was something we would have liked and possibly other families find it a problem. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head.

Amazing Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here, the villa was clean and so nice. Perfect amount of space for our family of 4. The kitchen was huge! It is a perfect location, just short bike ride to the beach or to get something to eat! We would definitely recommend it!
