We arrived about 4 p.m. (check in time) the A/C doesn't work, we thought, OK, its not too hot, we will email and see what they say tomorrow..... Next day, still no response, send another email when we realize there was a broken chair on the deck and a broken glass in the cabinet. That night we run the washer to clean our towels and get the WORST noise coming from the machine, another email - still not an "emergency" so we still wait, Monday comes around, still no response then we notice when we ran the dishwasher the sink started the backup. Still no response (and its "office hours" by Monday so surely someone will respond - NOPE). Broken, A/C, washing machine, chair, glass, backing up sink, dried tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce in the drawer so we washed everything by hand before we used it. Pans so cut up from knives, they were no longer "non-stick", just a hodgepodge of dishes, pots and pans, nothing matched and was just in bad shape. Only response I received the whole 4 days were auto texts about helping clean before I leave and to leave a review. Well, we weren't going to start that washing machine again.... Here's your review. So, so disappointed in the service and the unit. I will not be using Vacasa again that is for sure.
