Surf Court 83 is in a fantastic location. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk(I timed it multiple times 😉), and Coligny Plaza is also very walkable. The condo itself is very nicely decorated in all rooms in a beach theme. Beds were super comfy. This unit is three floors, with the main bedroom on the third floor. The stairs are rather steep leading to the 3rd, so the unit might be a challenge for people with physical limitations. The unit was very clean upon arrival, with the exception of the main bath floor rugs(which are white, so easy to identify if they are dirty). I washed then immediately, and they came clean, but unfortunately the dryer was not working(promptly rectified by the management company). The outdoor patio is one of the nicest in this development, but one piece of the outdoor sectional was rusted through and had to be removed(again by the prompt management company)for safety reasons. The unit came equipped with three very nice Tommy Bahama backpack style beach chairs which was truly convenient. One last note is that the main en suite had an overly long shower curtain suspended froma second rod(placed higher than the built in rod, that still more than hit the floor of the shower, which was kind of sloppy. That bathroom shower should be updated.
