Beautiful property, adorable home

We absolutely loved staying here. We had great beach days with the tide in amd out. The only and I mean only down fall is the location of the unit. Its on the 3rd walk up, in the center of the building. So carrying things in amd out can be a pain. There are a number of bugs and spiders as you are going up the stairs, but I feel that is expected in such lush greenery. The only reason for four stars instead of 5 is the walk up.

Dishonest listing

Was not the same condo that was in photos. No elevator at all and on 3rd floor. Neighbors smoked marijuana the entire time and condo smelled like weed. If we weren’t pressured on time I would've refused to stay and demanded refunded.

The decoration/remodel of this unit was beautiful and restful. The beach within walking distance isn't really a "swimming" beach, but more of an exploration beach, which my kids loved. We did have to drive about 10 minutes to get to a really nice beach for swimming, with some waves, etc. The complex this unit is in is old and in better shape than the last time we visited, but it still needs some work. The master bed was super comfy with a foam topper, but the other beds were a bit hard, and the bunk beds were a bit wobbly. For the price, it was a good spot to stay and we utilized the outdoor pool and tennis courts as well as the boardwalk and beach access regularly.

clean. wouldn't have booked if I had realized it was on 3rd floor. had dog with me that didn't like the open stairs so he had to be carried up and down the stairs multiple times a day. minimal kitchen utensils. coloring/writing on the walls and closet door, probably by a child from the look of it but should have been noted by now and cleaned up if housekeepers were really payting attention. mixed use property. lots of spanish spoken all around by those that appeared to be living there and not renting. outside could use some work. overall, it was adequate for what was needed.

Our stay was ok. Things you need to know

There wasn't any one bad thing that happened while we were staying here, but several inconveniences. First, the pool was closed the first 2 days we were there so the kids couldn't swim. Went to the beach, but it was covered up in jelly fish. A pressure washing company kept us from going into our room while they were pressure washing the walkway outside and ruined one of my shirts with the chemicals. And while the property says it's on the 3rd floor it fails to mention there's no elevator so just keep that in mind. It's very close to an airport so there is constantly jets flying overhead throughout the day and night. Overall we did like the room. It was decorated nice and relatively clean. We did have to clean the dishes when we got there as there was mold growing in the glasses.

First time in Hilton Head.

This property was okay the room was really nice but the property looks a little run down and outdated. The cats were a nuisance climbing all over vehicles.

The perfect family vacation!

Traveled here with my 12 and 17 year olds and we had the best time. The condo was beautiful and clean. Pool and beach access were convenient. The only inconvenience was that the unit was on the third floor and there weren’t any elevators to transport luggage and all the beach gear, but the memories we made far outweigh any inconvenience. Wonderful place to relax and connect with loved ones.
