Heads up if noise from adjacent apartments bother you- the one I had just have been connected to a laundry or other active facility? Thankfully that doesn’t disturb me but it was noticeable.”

“We were in town for Miss Mississippi and stayed at this lovely upstairs apartment! With 4 people, we knew we’d need more than a hotel room and this apartment fit the bill beautifully and was within our budget! We loved our stay and even though we ran into a few things to note, we’ve already discussed that we hope to rent again next year if our girls are Magnolia Belles again! The location of this apartment is great! Wonderful proximity to everything we needed. The neighborhood has a few……

9.8 分，总分 10，绝佳，（52 条点评）
“The room was extremely dirty, and the overall condition of the property was unsafe and completely unsuitable for us to stay. We were so concerned by the conditions that we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodations. Unfortunately, the photos and ratings we relied upon when making our reservation did not accurately represent the actual condition of the room. The discrepancy was so significant that we consider the online representation to be seriously misleading and fraudulent.”

The neighborhood was quiet and safe as well. The home even had an alarm system which added to the security and comfort of the home. The host was quick to respond for any questions that we had. We will definitely stay again at The Little Jxn Gem!”

“We never got out of the car because this property was in such a scary part of town with sketchy looking men hanging around the area. Being somewhat familiar with Jackson, I knew instantly this was not a safe place to stay. I asked for a partial refund since we were unable to in good conscience stay there, but it was not permitted. Because of this, I did not cancel the reservation because I wanted to be able to write a review and worn other travelers– don’t be deceived by this great price or the……
