“This is a nice, clean, seemingly newly renovated cabin with good air conditioning located about 20-25 minutes from Bemidji. The area feels pretty remote generally (some gravel road on the way etc.), but there is a cluster of cabins on the small lake. Downsides were no functioning internet, cell service or smart TV, and it felt pretty personal (clothes and other owner materials in the closet and desk, owner visited frequently etc.). Overall, a good value for a 3 bedroom house in the Bemidji……

“Great property, especially from the double kitchens, double set washer/dryers, jacuzzi tubs, double family rooms and much more! Served our family gathering of 14 people well. From the ages of 1 year old to a 90-year-old. The campfires were popular with everyone. The managers were extremely helpful with recommendations and very responsive if we needed anything. We give this host and property a five-star rating!”

“The communication was seamless. The house was completely clean. Location ideal. We had access to everything we wanted and needed for a wonderful visit. The views are dreamy. “We stayed here with our 6 teen/adult children. We absolutely loved it. The house has so much space. All the little details were thought of. The bedrooms each had plenty of spare bedding with great pillows, each room had a fan, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Bathrooms all had lots of toilet paper and soap. “Great house with great bonus room! Beds were really comfy and it was a great home base for our fishing tournament on cass lake. Boat trailer parking was a little different but we made it work. Neighborhood was just ok. Locked all doors and took anything of value out of the boats at night and locked compartments. Overall ot was perfect for us and would stay again!”
