I literally do not have the energy to rehash the experience, but I will say this without fine details. 1-door lock to our initial suite would not work, and there was no solution avaliable except have the front desk let us in our room each time we needed access to our room. 2-fire alarm located in the bedroom beeped every 60 seconds. 3-Moved to a different room, not a suite. 4-Room was damp and dirty, TV remote did not work, bathroom tub was dirty, shower did not have pressure, no trash can in the bathroom, bathroom floor dirty, bathroom vanity cabinet was dirty. 5-Carpet in room was damp and dirty, one tiny trash can for the entire room, window had a hole/cracks, view was a large dumpster with about 20 mattresses in it. We were given another suite the next night, but it was not available until after 3pm on that day, so we had to pack all of our belongings to load them back into our vehicle and throw $60 of food away. Our second suite was much more accommodating, but it was not clean either. This franchise of Wyndham is an embarrassment to their name.
The entrance and lobby are well presented. The two Front Desk employees, especially Justin, were extremely kind and did everything that they could to make our two night stay better. This review is to assist consumers. I did not write this review because I am disappointed
Justin gets a FIVE STAR!
