The holiday home is located at an altitude of 900 m in a preferred, quiet and sunny location of Hinterzarten. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, tennis courts, golf course can be found in the immediate vicinity, as well as the FÖLDI clinic and a small food market. The town centre with train station, all essential shops, banks and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes' walk. The property is bordered on the south side by a footpath, on the north side by the landscape protection border and the meadow of the former Rösslehof.
