"Clean room"

"This was our first stay at any Home2 Suites. Very pleasant stay. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms spotless and beds very comfortable. We will definitely look into Home2 wherever we travel."

"This was a bit of a let down. The receptionist greeeted us with a grunt, before calling someone on the phone questioning our UK passports. The room was tired, and in dire need of modernising. Would not recommend. "

"Very very nice place to stay. Would definitely stay again. Very clean room. The shower was amazing. With Dove shower gel. Dove shamp and conditioner. Along with hand soap and lotion. The bed seemed a little worn out to where I felt like I was falling to the center. But all and all very nice. The pool needed to be cleaned. It had a few leaves at the bottom with a bug floating at top. Breakfast was one of the best with really good coffee also."

"I reserved a King bedroom suite but when I arrived, they said those rooms sold out and put me in a regular room. We were there for my daughter’s bday because she wanted to swim. We got dressed for the pool and discovered a sign in the door that the pool was closed. The front desk clerk did not know why the pool was closed but said it had been for months. I checked out and moved next door. I just hope that I get a refund! "
