"The evening Registration person could not understand English. Even with Google Translate we had a difficult time. He didn’t offer to help us with the language barrier, but just stood there with a blank look. No explanation of services, breakfast hours or that we had to pre order for breakfast. There is a parking close to the hotel but the intruction of parking location is in the check-in area. It would be great if it was provided in the email. Other than the virtual check-in and hard the find a parking place around. I am happy with the stay"
