“The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. “Had an AMAZING time at Purity Springs Resort!! Convenient location, great amenities, comfortable and quiet rooms, great dining options at Traditions Restaurant (on site) and cant appreciate the peaceful and tranquil, nice Purity Lake enough. Kayaking on the lake was an incredible experience and we lots of wildlife around including herons, otters and the common loon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cell reception was pretty non-existent in the area but once we connected to wi-fi it was……

“If they send you a 10 digit number and a blanked out email, the 10 digit number is the contact phone number and it is not the one on the website. There is an issue with emails and Expedia I guess so they will text you that as it isn't the one on the website. The service seems to operate only from 9am-5pm EST so calls outside of those hours may go unanswered. Otherwise, they were quick and prompt to resolve any issues, cottage was clean, beds were comfy, blankets were very warm, bathroom is tiny……

“Good price, quiet property. They do state somewhere in their web page that they're no longer a bed and breakfast, it would be better to really put that up front, perhaps take the bed and breakfast sign down from inside the kitchen. It was nice to have tea and coffee, thank you. Surprising, but not totally unusual in this day and age to not see a single person from the property, that all contact was done via notes.”
