We had a wonderful stay at Randor Hotel Sapporo Prestige. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to assist us, from helping arrange the delivery of a lost item to recommending an excellent Jingisukan restaurant and patiently explaining transportation options in English. We were truly touched by their thoughtfulness and kindness throughout our trip. Their help made our family vacation in Sapporo much more comfortable and memorable. We are sincerely grateful for their outstanding hospitality and would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Sapporo!

The room was really really great. It was not quite as central as we had hoped but that's on me for not knowing. Tons of room and could not have asked for a nicer place and layout. By far the nicest room that we had on our trip. THANK YOU !

This is a clean and modern hotel very close to the JR station and near major attractions. In poor weather it would be very convenient to access the underground subways and food halls and links to stations and shops. The breakfast is lovely and gives a good chance to try a range of Hokkaido specialities. Rooms were clean, although quite small, had a good view and were well maintained.
