Three of us were very pleased with this residence. So close to transportation. Walkable to Peace Park and then the amenities. Our favorite local restaurant two blocks away. Clean. Perfect bed and pillows. No subtle residue of cigarette smoke at all (huge). Quiet neighbors (didn't hear anyone at all). My one son mentioned he would like to be a block away from the street trams. It didn't bother me or my other son. Kitchen had everything we needed. I look forward to visiting Hiroshima again and I will search out this location again.

Dirty unit - run by big management company

The location of the unit is good and it is spacious. I would never stay here again because the unit was dirty and the beds and furniture are old. Within minutes our family members developed sore throats and congestion due to the dust and musty smell. The toilet looked to have overflowed before our arrival as the entire floor was stained. Carpet has not been cleaned in a ling time. We had to leave and book another unit in town.

This condo was perfectly located in Hiroshima, close to a street car station and a supermarket as well as walkable distance to many of the sights we wanted to see including the Peace Mémorial and Museeum. The space was big compared to our other hôtels in Japan and the beds were very comfortable. The only Little thing was that there was no information on the free bikes which were advertised in the title of the ad. We thought bikes would be provided at the condo location but no. We would still come back if ever in Hiroshima again.

This place was great for our family of four. The host was wonderful to work with. Extremely clear and prompt communication within minutes of messaging questions. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and the bedding was really soft and nice. The couch unfolds into another full sized bed. I appreciated the extra blankets on nights when it’s colder. The shower area is quite nice. The entire place was clean and didn’t have a smell. I appreciated the English instructions on the washing machine. It made it much easier to use. If you do choose to use the dryer portion, one load will take over half the day to finish, so air drying is probably better. Our clothes smelled off when we took them out, so I chose not to do another load. This location is on a busy intersection so at night you hear the traffic signals, train and traffic. There was also construction going on all night which was quite loud, though none of these things were the host’s fault. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The beds and the host were the main reasons for the 5/5 stars.

Great location, bright + clean

This place was great! The location is pretty close to the a-bomb memorials and peace park, and getting to it off the streetcar from Hiroshima station was easy (only have to take the one streetcar and then a 1 minute walk to the building). It’s right on a main street, close to lots of restaurants and a 7/11 (has everything you need and an ATM). 4 adults stayed comfortably here, 2 queen beds + a pullout, space was bright and very clean. Bathroom was also very nice, separate toilet from shower and sink. Has in suite laundry, though we didn’t use it. Communication with the host was quick and gave us everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here!

立地が非常に良い。周辺にコンビニ、スーパー、レストランが複数ある。観光地の平和公園は徒歩圏内、宮島行きの電停も目の前にある。室内は十分な広さがあり、長期滞在もストレスなく過ごせると思う。トイレの床の水漏れ跡のようなものがやや気になるが、きちんと清掃されている感じはある。次回の広島滞在時も利用したい。
