Lots of improvement could be carried out
The view from room was not as good as expected. We could see some green plants and nothing else. The room was much smaller than the onsen resort I lived in before. The service was less than satisfactory compared to my past experience. Check-in time was long. Receptionist who spoke Mandarin was a bit impatient and inexperienced. For the meals, buffet dinner was a disaster. If you were not a fried food lover, please do not choose to have dinner here. I care about the taste rather than the variety. The fried food were not attractive. There were fried chicken, fried vegetables, fried shrimp, fried oyster etc. Sadly, sushi were not fresh. Dessert and icecream were not tasty. I expect something freshly grown in Hiroshima would be served but it did not. The wall were thin and noisy at night time. Outdoor onsen 2/F has no view. My friend said 3/F could see a bit from the windows. It is merely a 2.5-star hotel. No one would make the beds when you are having dinner. Staff in the restaurant were standing near you but without any smile. It seems to be quite uncomfortable dining experience.

由酒店步行到宮島神社大約10分鐘。 酒店新淨， 早晚自助餐選擇雖不是十分多，但味道不俗， 尤其是晚餐的牛扒，十分美味 。只是女士露天浴場 看不到大鳥居。但由於預訂的價錢優惠，也不覺得十分可惜 。 有一點要留意的是， 酒店離宮島碼頭有一段距離， 大約步行十五分鐘 ， 提著大行李會是相當吃力。

是一家溫泉看到大鳥居的旅館, 很棒
是新的旅館, 房間很舒服很乾淨 溫泉很棒, 有一個露天溫泉, 雖然不是完全露天, 但有很大的窗戶可以看到外面, 剛好可以看到鳥居, 很棒 旅館人員服務很好, 態度很友善, 而且有英文流利的工作人員 唯一旅館在的地方比較高, 需要帶行李的人可能比較辛苦, 但其實地點很棒, 下來就是很熱鬧的大街

館内は事前にレビューで見ていた通り、 清掃が行き届いていない点は見えました。 古い建物なため、 部屋の入り口が狭く、オートロックではない鍵での開閉。 雨天だったのもあってか、館内全体空気が重く 独特な芳香剤的な香りに満ちていてました。 展望台のお風呂は、朝一楽しみに行きましたが 窓が曇って景色を楽しむことが出来なかったのが 残念でした。 朝食のビュッフェは、 種類が豊富で子どもたちが大喜びで楽しかったです。 あいにくの雨天で夜の観光は諦めましたが、 厳島でのんびり過ごせ、ペット同伴の旅が叶い、 良い思い出ができました。

The traditional Japanese experience was a nice idea, but from the beginning with having to where slippers, that were only one size for all ( much too small for me) it fell short. The room was spacious, the view was a very partial view of the water mostly looking at roof tops and backyards. They included dinner and breakfast and although there were a lot of choices the quality was very bad, worst food experience on our two week stay in Japan. Breakfast looked like they brought out several items from the night before. On a positive note the hotel is close to all the shopping and the Otorii Gate. They don't offer a shuttle from the ferry to the hotel (saw many other hotel shuttles) and the walk is about 15min, so dont bring a lot of luggage! The island is incredible and I will be back, but not at the LiveMax

お盆真っ只中で忙しかったのかチェックインから部屋に入れるまで時間がかかりました。 プールやお風呂は楽しめました。 ただ清掃がしっかり行き届いてる感じはしなくて気になりました。あとはWi-Fi環境が中々通じずでした。その二つが改善されたらまた行きたいなと思います。

フェリー乗り口や厳島神社からも近く、便利な場所にありました。 浴衣や岩盤浴やお風呂やプールなどで楽しめたり、アメニティなども整っておりましたので普通に泊まるだけならば問題ないです。ただ、隣の部屋の会話の内容もほぼわかるくらい壁が薄く？夜子供が寝る時間もうるさく寝れなくてフロントにお電話してお隣のお部屋に注意していただきました。うるさいのもそうですが、壁が薄いのだと思います。 スタッフの方が良い対応をしてくださったのが救いでした。

An amazing hotel to stay at.
After walking up Mt misen it was a luxury to check into this hotel and not have to do any climbing for the rest of the night. The rooms were spacious, bath was wonderful and the buffet was delicious.

Très bel hôtel
Personnel très accueillant, hôtel très bien situé et très propre, chambre spacieuse, literie confortable, le cadre est magnifique. Excellent niveau de prestation, piscine, bains (bains public interdit au personnes tatouées, mais il est possible de louer en supplément un bain privé), salles de divertissement. 2 points négatifs, la salle de bain un peu vieillotte; et la restauration, qui est certes correcte, mais pas à la hauteur des autres prestations de l'hôtel.

A bit of a walk uphill from ferry building, printable directions would have helped. Loved this hotel, they were great, they recommended a place to dine that was great considering there is basically nothing open at night on Miyajima. We loved our experience, thank you for everything

Very pretty hotel and well situated. Only 5 minutes on foot to the souvenir shops/restaurants.We spent 2 nights on the japanese style room. We enjoyed the Free Rental of the yukata, there are many colors and sizes. Just a small annoying detail, there are no plug for the mobile phone near the bed. We recommend this hotel !!

Notre séjour au Livemax Resort à Miyajima a été excellent. La chambre été spacieuse, lumineuse et avec tous les conforts. Le petit déjeuner buffet été excellent. L'Onsen dans le jardin de l’hôtel été très soigné et avec une vue spectaculaire sur le Torii Merci beaucoup à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel qui nous a accueilli avec grande gentillesse.
