"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was huge, beds and pillows were very comfy, it had a little kitchenette with all basics available, washing machine in room, the bathroom was very spacious with a huge bath tub. All in all the best hotel of our Japan trip. "

"Right in the station near the tram/street car tracks. The room was super clean and the staff were friend and helpful. The check-in process is self-serve ( don't worry it is a multi-lingual) machine. Shops are close by but some can be hard to find.. Just ask the staff of the station information centre. "
