Hotel is fantastic. Location is supreme. Bed is comfortable.

Excellent service :)

Everything is very very good indeed. However, when I want to ask for one more lugguage stand, I was told that one per room only. I have booked connecting room, it is obvious that I have more than 2, but staff is unwilling to help.

Room design is cozy and comfortable, clean. Room view to the canal which is very nice. The hotel lift does not require room key to operate, which cause me some safety concern. However we didn't encounter any safety issue.

Very nice! Modern and clean, good location. The room is big enough! Good value of money and two free drinks to the rooftop bar

Excellent communication for the special arrangement for my son before visit, thank you

Hotel rooms are clean and tidy, staffs are very helpful and friendly.
