“Left before breakfast, parking was good ”

“Upon arriving at the property, it looked relatively clean and presentable. When we got to the room on the other hand, there was dirty Q-tips and miscellaneous items behind the furniture and under the bed. Good morning we got ready to leave. We check in the refrigerator. Make sure we didn’t leave anything in it and there was a bag of marijuana in the freezer not to mention of roaches everywhere. So if you wanna go get carried away in a sonic boom high roaches, this is a place to stay.”

“We greatly enjoyed our suite. It was clean and spacious. Though the wood cleaner used on the bed frame the smell was quite a bit strong in the room. But if you are expecting to get a good night sleep you may be lacking. While the bed is comfortable, the other guests do not take into consideration of others. When we called the front desk at 12:30,12:50, and 3:30 with lots of screaming shouting door slamming we were told the man at the counter “Tyler” is just the valet. And that either they were……

“Can’t believe they charge $160/night for this location. It looks like it’s falling apart from the outside. The carpets are sticky and dirty. It’s a terrible musty smell in the entire place. I’m just overall disappointed with this Bonvoy location. I may have to switch back to Hilton. I couldn’t even shower cause it just did not appear clean. I would not recommend ”

“The staff was truly incredible. The lady at the front desk was more than accommodating and so friendly! And she remembered us any time we walked by. The breakfast was really fresh and delicious. We had one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very nice. I love staying at Hampton Inn any town I visit. The only issue we had was when we got back to the hotel after the event we were staying for, there was no parking at all in our parking lot or the one next door. ”

“The common area’s windows, carpets, entrance doors, elevators all needed a good cleaning. The carpet looked as if it had never been vacuumed not to mention shampooed. The room was somewhat better, but stuffy and the shower left a lot to be desired. The kitchen area looked relatively clean but we did not use it. The main dining area in the lobby appeared somewhat better than other common areas in the building. I rated 2 stars because the room wasn’t quite as bad. The staff was friendly and……

“Loved everything about the room. Only issue was we never received any towels for the room, even after calling numerous times to get towels, so I eventually had to go out and purchase my own towels because I kept getting told the towels were not ready. Also there was no closet in the room so we didn’t have an iron. Other than that room was nice and neat.”

“The location is good and we have stayed at this property several times when visiting Shreveport. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this property anymore. The water pressure is terrible (like non-existence from the sink), the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was loud.”

“The check-in staff was very kind, everything else was disappointing. All towels had holes in them, the furniture was mixed matched. All the "fixed" places on the walls wete very obvious. Definitely needs to be updated.”
