“The room was immaculately clean. Everything in it was new. I was happy with the price for what I needed which was simply a nice clean bed in a clean inn for a few hours of sleep during a road trip. It was just a short drive from Huntsville which I wanted to checkout the next day. I grabbed a latte from the Mallard coffee place down the street. The staff was very friendly also!”

“Staff was helpful and accommodating. Suite needed updating and fixing some tiling and general maintenance. Also paid for a river view room and got a room on the second floor which was too low to see anything except for buildings along the river. ”

“Outside of Hotel does not look like the pictures. It is in not great area, hotel staff that helped when we got there was not friendly at all. We had three people and the room we had got was a queen with sofa bed. No bedding for sofa bed was in the room. Called down and asked for some and she basically told me I could come get it. I’m paying 140 for one night so I asked them to bring it to me, it came in a garbage bag. Was not impressed with the attitude of the staff. Room was clean . Breakfast……

“The room was in unacceptable condition. There was visible black mold surrounding the bathtub, the sheets appeared unclean with stains and crumbs (we did not feel comfortable sleeping in them and slept fully clothed on top), and the entire room had a strong musty odor. Additionally, the AC/heat unit was malfunctioning—when running, it made extremely loud, concerning noises and switching to heat made the odor significantly worse. The room was either freezing or unbearable, and the unit sounded……

“There was no soap shampoo in the rooms. Mid way through my first night i was told i was being moved to a different room. When I opened the mini fridge there was a roll of sausage that was spoiled. The breakfast was minimal on Saturday nothing was offered on Sunday. The staff was non existent except when i was told.to change rooms. It was not a good experience. ”

“Simply listing facts: The lobby was surprisingly nice. Both evening staff and morning staff were semi-asleep at the desk. Both were respectful. The room (117) door weatherstripping was mostly missing. Allowing air & outside noise easily thru. Huge stain on the chair. Bathroom door would not latch. The tub/shower was wornout. Looks like it may have been painted previously. Ample supply of tp! Walls did not stop hearing the man snoring in the adjacent room. Ceiling did not stop hearing footsteps……
