「Clean」

「Beautiful inn and setting.」

「All around great stay」

「I arrived after a check-in time of 4pm, was informed someone was still using my room and did not know what time I could get into my room. Also there was no availability of getting another room because they were totally booked and no other room available. I went outside and spoke to the other guest staying with me and one of my friends walked and I walked back inside and she said that was unacceptable and needed to speak with a manager. Less than 5 minutes passed and a room was available for us....

「We enjoyed our overnight stay while we were in town for a wedding. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay at this location again.」

「The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and everyone spoke English well. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. I slept well. I will stay again when I am in Lynchburg.」

「Staff very friendly. Clean and comfortable.」

「The hotel overall was clean. The hotel room was clean. The bed was very very firm. The breakfast was good. I personally would not stay again just because I could not sleep well because of the bed. If you don't mind a firm bed, great place to stay!」

「Very nice」

「Was charged $50.00 extra to check-in. Arrived 2:10pm at hotel to work 5pm local event. Staff stated check-in time is 4pm. Stayed at 2 other different hotels beforehand in Lynchburg, VA area to work local events and many more nationally and internationally and never charged extra when rooms were available within a reasonable time of posted check-in. Will never stay at Bella Vista Hotel and Suites again. It's a principle and lost a future customer for life.」

「Property is very old and it shows. The online pictures need to better reflect the poor condition of the rooms and the property itself. Bedding and draperies are in serious need of replacement. Never again!」
