「Bathroom in very bad condition」

「This property is completely outdated in some of its rooms. Things are actually held together with tape. No comforter on the bed they did have a blanket in between two sheets that was on the bed. Stains on the furniture very bad things on the furniture. The room I stayed in the door had a gap in it wide enough where you can see daylight out into the parking lot. I happened to walk around the outside of the building on the front of the building and the Eve is riding off the front of the building....

「When you arrive at the motel, your first impression is what was I thinking. The outside is not an indicator of the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms are very nice inside and i'm a very picky traveler. Beds were very nice. Actually, the whole experience inside was wonderful. Nice little cafe next door to get food. I would spend the night there again.」

「Ridge View cottage is very nice. Situated at the top of a hill, views are great and wildlife is everywhere!」

「Clean, pool, fitness center and breakfast were good. Room had a very awkward layout with loud spring bathroom door at foot of beds and was tinted, when family member went to bathroom in night it was noisy and bright in the room!」

「The property needs some maintenance…..paint peeling in several areas, tub stopper not working and just laying off to the side, fridge/freezer had a big block of ice taking up space for items we wanted to refrigerate. Beds were super comfy and the room was very clean. Staff was amazing. Overall, I’d recommend to family and friends. I was somewhat surprised though that bfast wasn’t included in the room price like in other hotels. 」

「We visited shortly after the "Grand Opening," but the property felt incomplete. Our room had unpainted drywall on the ceiling and unfinished wood trim. Functional details were also missing: there were no outlets near the desk for a laptop or the provided lamp, no in-room coffee machine, and no wine opener available at the room bar or front desk. The check-in process was frustrating. Despite a 9:00 PM door-lock policy, no one was watching for our arrival as promised. We had to call the front...

「Lynchburg Grand was a decent place to stay for a night. I know they are doing some renovations, so there was no continental breakfast. Most of the ice machines were out of order. We didnt need ice but im sure some did and there was only 2 floors the machines worked. The staff were all very nice and our room was very clean. We would stay here again if its only for a night or two. 」

「Rooms on bottom floor get to listen to the click clack of wheels across tile. Laundry room is located in the middle of rooms and cleaning staff is very loud. NOT conducive to rest. Continental breakfast is a joke and coffee is WEAK. 」
