“Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub are nice. Decent breakfast. Great location. Suite has separate sitting area with door to bedroom and two TVs - perfect for night owl / early bird couples. Walmart, food, gas, etc. in short proximity. Many dining options (Applebees, Ruby Tuesday, Chick Fil A, Burger King, Jersey Mikes, RC Pizza & Subs, Waffle House, and more) all within a couple minutes drive, a few even walkable. Devil's Backbone local brewery a few minutes drive.”

“Not very extensive. No fruit or yogurt.”

“Staff was nice and check in was easy. Good enough for a one night stay but seems like they’ve got a bit of a bug problem. Killed a few stink bugs that were in the room and there were ants walking around on the AC unit. My roomie for the stay also found stains on her bed spread so took it off and just used the sheets for the night we were there.”

“That was incredibly friendly. The breakfast was cute, but the pancakes were actually delicious. Make them yourself.”

“We only stayed one night so didn’t utilize amenities or interact with staff much. Good location, free parking. Grab & go breakfast was appropriately named: fruit, granola bars, yogurt etc. The most memorable thing about this hotel unfortunately was the bed and pillows. Quite possibly the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It was like lying on a slab of cement. The pillows were just as bad, cheap foam that felt like stone after two minutes of lying on them. My husband and I agreed……

“People were absolutely awesome at the Good Place B&B. I felt so welcomed during my entire stay, from checking in to check in out and every breakfast in between, which were great and delicious by the way. A great place to spend a few days away in nature, but a close drive to many historic locations and natural attractions in the area. The rooms amenities could use some improvement (new towels and linen come to mind). Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Ridge View cottage is very nice. Situated at the top of a hill, views are great and wildlife is everywhere!”

“The space is too small, the ironing board and the iron are old and broken, and the morning is monotonous.”

“It was clean it’s a little out dated and the paint was peeling in the bathroom and the ceiling needed to be redone in the shower. Can’t beat it for the price. I will definitely stay there again. ”
