“Didn’t even get out of my vehicle. As soon as I arrived it was obvious that this is not a hotel. It is a homeless shelter. Expedia should be charged for even offering this crack house as an option for lodging. I’d rather sleep in my car ”

Only complaint is the walls are thin and could hear everything from people walking, running, dropping bowling balls from above, elevator rumbling when used and outside noise. The Ac/heater unit squeaks loudly when kicking in. Would recommend if not a light sleeper. Breakfast was great with a variety to eat.”

“Pool was supposed to be heated but was cold and extremely small. Room was nice. Breakfast was terrible. Cold sausage and rubbery eggs with hard French toast. Waffles were good. Was told we could check out at 12:30 and then at 11:30 they started knocking on our door and calling us. Was told no late check out due to the workers wanted to get home for Easter. Yes I understand it that it's a Christian holiday for some but for the rest of the world that doesn't celebrate Christian holidays this is a……

“One of the cleanest, well maintained hotel's Ive ever been in. Staff was superb from the ladies at the desk to the staff cleaning the rooms. The fitness room was awesome!”
