「All I can say it is Beautiful hotel. Clean, quiet with the most comfortable bed I have ever sleep. The cherry on top is the bar on top floor. Hop in elevator and in seconds you are in cozy, romantic space with excellent drinks. Highly recommended 」

「It was pet friendly. We had an issue getting as the code didn't work but got it solved after several minutes. We used the oven this morning. It took several tries to get it to light but finally had success. Glad we look in it 1st because tgere were hot pads in it. We were never able to get hot water in the kitchen sink. Overall we enjoyed our stay」

「My kids loved the pool, the grown ups loved the nearby activities and restaurants. Parking was easy. Room was spacious, clean, beds comfy. The breakfast was well stocked and very clean. The staff were above and beyond kind and friendly. My family was very happy this stay. We booked to come back as soon as we left. Also very close and convenient to the botanical gardens, the parkway, and downtown Greendale. We kept very busy. 」

「We came in from Pittsburgh, PA for a huge event in the city that was well advertised. When checking in, the process was rather lengthy with multiple people waiting. The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone. The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. And, upon arrival from the event later in the evening, there were no parking spaces available without sufficient help from staff to rectify the situation. The rooms were nice-but there’s no...
