“Amazing stay here! Outstanding service from hotel staff. Location in Racine is extremely convenient in the middle of downtown within short walking distance to the lakefront (<10 mins). Very close also to north beach area (short drive or 20 min walk). Clean modern hotel with rooftop bar with great view of the lake. Will definitely be back!”

“There aren't a lot of hotels in this area so your options are limited. The hotel is very dated and some things haven't been updated in many years. But you could tell they made an effort to clean. The window was cracked and the bathroom floor tile was cracked. The ceiling light was on a timer so it kept turning off. But the sheets seem clean and there was no indication of any bug activity. The room had the toiletries you would need for a couple days. If you're looking for luxury this is not the……

“Nice stay at a reasonable price. Only issue was keys being shut off randomly, and I witnessed other guests experiencing the same issue throughout the stay. Otherwise clean, comfortable, nice staff. Would recommend.”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”

“Place was not a 3 star hotels. Wasn't clean, the sink in the room was propped up with 2 boards! The pool was broken. I had inquired 3 days prior and they assured me it would be fixed. The front desk person said she reserved 2 room right next to each other as we needed 2 rooms. When I arrived there were no such reservations and we ended up 6 rooms down. I tried to find another hotel but it was too late to find anything. Was disgusted”

“we picked this hotel as well located to where we needed to be. Unfortunately the room cleaning was completely unsatisfactory. a fake nail fell out of a clean towel, top of fridge was dirty with rubber band, a bar of butter and dirt on it. will not be coming back”
