This hotel is very odd how it’s laid out. No hot tub, small pool, have to pay for breakfast $15 per person for buffet food. The beds are hard. It was in a good location. Restaurant was terrible, doesn’t have lunch even though it advertises it does. Dinner they got wrong 3 times for room service. Front desk we were put on told for over 5 min the three times we called to get towels.

The room was fine. Staff treats travelers who booked through Expedia like 2nd class customers. Front desk told I couldn't get a late check out because I booked through Expedia. When I checked out, front desk refused to give me with a printed receipt - again telling me that's because I booked and paid in advance through Expedia. They told me to get my receipt from Expedia. Keep in mind they put a $300 hold on my card credit card for incidentals when I checked in. I'm a Marriott Bon Voy member and they wouldn't apply points to my stay because, once again, I booked through Expedia.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was amazing and very friendly and nice. There were lots of disappointments though. Our room was a King size room. The door latch lock was almost falling off the wall and looked like it would break. The door lock also was having a hard time working. We also noticed that a lot of the sheets especially the pillows had stains all over them. We tried to use the pool area and the pool was murky and not clear and there was residue at the bottom of the pool. The bar in the restaurant we were told was open until 10 pm. We tried to go there and they were closed at 9:20 pm. Quite disappointing for a Marriot hotel.
