"I went San Diego 3 days. They only cleaned for one day, and I had to insist that they do it. They said that cleaning is not daily—contrary to what Hotels described in their site. Terrible experience!"

"We stayed here for a second time, both times prior to a cruise. The cruise port is literally immediately across the street. Only a couple minute walk. The hotel was nice, but not fancy. The buildings themselves seem a little tired, but nothing really to complain about. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. "

"The hotel is perfectly located downtown. Unfortunately, the AC in our room did not work, and maintenance was unable to fix it during our stay. The room stayed close to 80° the entire time. The staff was kind and did reduce our bill slightly, but the issue still impacted our overall experience."
