「What is there to say. I have stayed here before and my experience has been nothing but exceptional. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The only downfall is you can not get into the place unless its closer to noon and those that arrive early is not able to leave their bags until check in. 」

「We found this gem over July 4th weekend. If you are looking for a pet friendly place to stay in the heart of downtown Dunedin, this is it! Our room was comfortable with plenty of space for us and our dog. We had an outside patio with a small grassy area for a quick bathroom break for the pup. 「The property was quiet, clean and comfortable. The customer service was professional and above average. I would not hesitate to book again. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room and full kitchen was plenty room for husband and I. Only stayed one night but wished it was longer.」

「Went on a girls 50th birthday trip end of April. Loved the condo… perfect gulf view the pool was nice and the property was well taken care of. Especially, bc they were still rebuilding from Hurricane Helene. Loved that we had a washer dryer combo in our condo. Close to shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend! 」

「I had a wonderful stay at ROOST! It’s in the heart of Tampa, on the Bay. It was perfect, with lots of places for entertainment, food, and drink right outside. The Riverwalk was about two blocks away, which made it super easy to travel everywhere by foot. I’d recommend this to anyone planning a visit to Tampa! 」
