It took us over an hour to even be checked in because they did not have a room. And the guy had to call the manager and she told me there was nothing they could do and I couldn’t cancel with them because it was through Expedia. So then I had to call Expedia. In that process they found a room that had just done maintenance work done in it and it fit what we needed. So in the end it all worked out. But over an hour with a grumpy husband and 3 kids. It was NOT. A great experience.
