Baltimore Historic Savage Mill Hotels

"The staff are rude and unhelpful. The door to the room was not working properly. The light would go on but the door would not open. We reported this multiple times and all the manager did was reprogram the card total of 6 times. The property is run down and was being worked on poorly during the visit. The pool was drained and not available as advertised. The wallpaper was being painted over so the halls smelled of paint and there were handwritten signs saying we apologize for the wet paint. The room was dirty. The bathtub had black on the bottom and rust. There was no toilet paper holder. The water pressure sucked also. The free breakfast was a joke as you could have cereal or a waffle. The area where the hotel is located is sketchy and wreaked of marijuana. We saw people smoking were right outside the doors also."

"Recently renovated, nice and clean! Breakfast is great (for this price segment), only downside for me was the yogurt dispenser, I trust factory sealed containers, not concentrate+water mixers. Kitchen staff was rude. All else is great, zero complaints"

"Pet and switch," had I known and factored in the cost of competitors, I might not have chosen Extended Stay, which was otherwise alright."

"Rooms carpet are not too clean look clingy, dusty, stains, and bed sheets too have stains. Staff are rude not too friendly. "

"We did not spent the time thwre it was a horrible place and since it was almost 12 am we needed another place to stay. The room did not meet the site pictures nor enviroment. The room had poor lighting, bed was stained with blood. Shower also had like mold . In general the room was awful. We talked to the clerck And he made some excuses that since we left we were not able to ask for refund. Very disapointed. "
