Folsom Old Town Escape II - King Bed, A/C, Laundry, Trails, walk to Sutter St
10/10 Excellent
"This property met all our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. Everything had been remodeled not too long ago and was very well kept. The kitchen had all the amenities and very nice appliances. The bathroom was a nice size with a cabinet around the sink, something I like. The air conditioner worked really well in 100 degree weather..We would absolutely stay here again."
"Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. "
