「Apartment was lovely. Only issue is climbing three flights of stairs with luggage. Highly recommend for people in good shape!」

Die tägliche Reinigung und das bereitgestellte Wasser im Zimmer waren ein schöner Service. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage nahe der Altstadt – zentral und dennoch ruhig. 「Kind staff. Very helpful with top tips and the location was great. On the last day it rained so we were allowed a later check out as we travelled with our young daughter. The team were kind enough to give a cover for our push chair also to ensure we did not soak in the way down to the bus station. Lovely place, historic and beautiful buildings. Can’t go wrong」

「From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were greeted by such friendly staff,we were suprisingly upgraded to the most beautiful room- what a treat.The hotel is a beautiful old building ,in the perfect location in the old town.beautiful breakfast.Frre bottels of water replaced daily and numerous lovely tioletries.But what makes this place is the staff- they cannot do enough for you,but are also friendly and fun and really make you feel at home.we stayed for 3 nights and were sad to leave such...

「Nossa estadia foi muito agradável.Pessoal do hotel muito atencioso , hotel muito bonito, a 200 m da beira da praia. Muito bem localizado, próximo a restaurantes , lojas e Porto Veneziano de Rethymno.」

「Building, courtyard with pool, and rooms were very nice. Bathrooms however were not well maintained and showers had issues such as not having a mount on the wall to hold the shower head and not having shower curtain and plugged drains. The bathrooms desperately need to be updated. The breakfast was ok but other hotels we stayed at in Crete had much nicer breakfast selections. 」
