「The property itself is really nice and the staff that was there was helpful, but the check in process is frustrating and long. The hotel is understaffed and a few people are working very hard to try to make things comfortable. Just be prepared to wait. Overall nice place and prior reviews warned about the lack of staff and automated check in that doesn’t work too well so it wasn’t a surprise. 」

「我們於夜晚八點左右開始尋找酒店，雖然酒店非常貼心地一早電郵提供詳細指示，但由於住宿位置非常偏僻難找，離電車站又非常遠，地點附近環境頗暗，較少街燈，我們拖著兩個行李箱，又要找路，全程又累又怕，提心吊膽。 幾經波折終於到達酒店，房門一開，酒店收拾得很整潔，又有酒店送的甲蟲朱古力，但是房間卻小得放下兩個行李箱後連轉身的位置也沒有。 當初相片簡介中的花園部分，是我對這次住宿期待最高的部分，結果找不到相中的花園，這不是赤裸裸的圖文不符嗎。 當日完成白天行程，滿心期待在酒店得到充份休息，但結果整個住宿經驗頗不愉快。」

「The location was central to all the places we wished to visit along the 2 lakes. We had a rental car so parking on premises was a bonus. The accommodation was roomy for the 5 adults in the family. The kitchen was well appointed so we could cook meals with groceries from the nearby COOP. The Interlaken discount card Monika provided saved us a few Euro in admission fees at several attractions. She was a hospitable and welcoming hostess. I highly recommend.」

「The property basically gets the job done, without any additional bells or whistles. There is only 1 shower to be shared between all 4 rooms (there is an additional 1/2 bathroom, so the toilet load is shared between 2 of them). The 2 rooms on the middle floor have sinks, which reduces the load on the 2 bathrooms.
