Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable mattress, fantastic water pressure in the shower, high end features in the room including a dehumidifier. We really appreciated the excellent shuttle service. "Not my first time to stay at the JAL City West Wing, and it's extremely convenient if you're leaving from Haneda the next morning. It's also not a terrible choice for an affordable hotel relatively convenient to Tokyo and Yokohama. There's a free shuttle to the airport (Haneda) and the Keikyu train to Yokohama and Tokyo is nearby. The check-in is almost fully automated, so don't expect too much Japanese hospitality, but the hotel spaces and rooms are clean and comfortable."
