"I cannot believe as a returning guest I was placed in the darkest dingiest room! Having stayed the week before £5 cheaper I had a courtyard view. I would say the room with this view is unacceptable, given the hotel was NOT busy! I would say this is a £75 room! This is not how you treat solo guests, if you want them to return."
