“This is a wonderfully fancy hotel in the heart of a unique little city. Our only complaint (very minor, mind you) was the beds were a little hard for our tastes.”
“The scenery here is very beautiful, the room is very clean, it is a place I think should be experienced, all the peaceful feelings are here. It is also very convenient, there is a cafe, restaurant, bbq and swimming pool. I will introduce it to my friends. I know they will love this place.”

“They let us check-in early. The breakfast was nice. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. It's definitely the best hotel in Cao Bang.
The staff during the evening was very nice, however, the staff during the morning wasn't good (the girl wasn't friendly and she wasn't helpful. Her English is very basic).

“Even though the booking was confirmed and paid for, there was no room available on arrival. They said this was because they forgot to update availability on the website. These mistakes can happen ofcourse, but even though it was their fault, it took a lot of time and convincing before I got my money back. The alternative hotels they suggested where not suitable at all”
