“My family and I decided to stay here after reading the reviews. Firstly, we don't usually stay at home stays, but thought it would be a good experience being in ninh binh. Rooms, facilities and service were adequate. The home stay is located on a small road, so cars and buses cannot access. Every tour or p/u and drop off with grab had to stop on the main road because the roads there are narrow. I had to deduct one star due to coordination with the owners. Although nice, they seem to be……

“A very nice stay with a private pool , friendly staff and calm and comfortable vibe. The highlight was the breakfast, delivered to your private pool, tasted good and enhanced the tropical vibes. It would be a 5 star except a few minor nitpicks. First one being the bedsheets, they had a strange pale orange/red hue to them that really put us off. Secondly, the luggage was mishandled as there was not a conventional luggage room and someone put a random baby's singlet in my partners suitcase.……

“We stayed two nights and had our supper on site. The first night was great, but we felt like they didn’t put any effort for the second supper. Cucumber chunks for our vegetable to share between 4 people and an omelet. Breakfast was so-so. The owner was really pushing to book a tour with him to see the real Vietnam or visit the pagoda at night for the lights. That's not what we had in mind and we walked the 2km to the complex to tour the site on our own during the day. The nights are cool in……

“Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower.
