Este hotel es una maravilla. La habitación era tan cómoda que casi pierdo el vuelo porque no quería salir de la cama. El personal siempre sonriendo, el desayuno espectacular, y la ubicación perfecta. Me fui feliz y con ganas de volver inmediatamente.

This is a small hotel of only 13 rooms. Our hotel room though a superior room was old and tired. The hotel though is well located for old town Hanoi. Breakfast was in a different hotel around the corner but had a good choice of food. The staff, particularly Ms Angela (whose English is impeccable), were great.
