Had a great experience at the Royal
Premium Hotel in Hanoi
The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city and visiting local attractions lots of shops & restaurants within a few minutes walk
The staff were very friendly and welcoming nothing any trouble for them especially Cindy who organised a bigger more spacious room for us which made our stay more comfortable
Would definitely stay here again if I was to return to Hanoi

Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.
