Mid at best. We stayed in several hotels through out out stay in Hanoi. The room came with ear plugs if that is any indication. The employees were kind and helpful. Location was decent.

The staff were helpful and courteous. They helped us book a great Ha Long Bay cruise, and provided services like private airport transfer and laundry. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the hotel location is excellent. We would stay again.

Pros: • Great location • Friendly, welcoming staff • Baby- and family-friendly • Stunning rooftop bar Cons: • Rooms aren’t very soundproof, we could hear guests coming and going, and noise likely carried from our room as well • Bathroom feels a bit dated • Hallways are quite dark and could use updating
