I only stayed one night at this hotel, but I would definitely book again — even for a longer stay — if I return to Hanoi. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were outstanding. I had to leave early for the airport, and they prepared a takeaway breakfast especially for me.

Best service I’ve had on my travels and very cozy stay at an affordable price. Shout out to Tony and Son the night staff who greeted me at my late check in, great guys. Day staff were able to to give me recommendations on what to do and sorted my transport to next destination at no extra cost
