Super cute hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was really yummy. However, the mattress our bed had felt like springs a little tough on the body and the top sheet was in the closet so we didn’t have it on the bed and we woke up freezing in the middle of the night and couldn’t find our top sheet.

From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service and made us feel genuinely welcome. The accommodations were outstanding—clean, comfortable, and truly deserving of a 5-star rating. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the many attractions, restaurants, and cultural sites that Hanoi has to offer. The food was amazing, and the special discounts on dining, drinks, and the hotel's professional spa and massage services made our stay even more enjoyable. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and committed to ensuring we had a wonderful experience.
