Staff were so helpful and attentive. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and they immediately helped me get a room for the date I arrived as I was traveling with a friend. The welcome drink was a nice touch, rooms spacious, and the roof top pool has an amazing view.

Very good location with small walking distances to lake , shopping areas, restaurents, cathedral, ATMs
Only partial toiletries (no paste , brush, lotion etc) were provided in the bathroom . bathing gel and shampoo were not great quality. Linens, pillows and towels were good.
Bathroom was small , I suppose understandably as hotel is in somewhat congested old French quarters area.
Staff was super nice , courteous and helping.
BF was good with many options

"Hotel and staff were amazing. Room so clean and comfortable. The only downside was the pool, as, although advertised as a pool bar, the bar itself was one floor up, with no buzzer to say you needed a drink. But let me reiterate, the staff were amazing!!!"
