Overlooking the stunning cityscape and River Derwent, the centrally located apartment is perfect for couples on a getaway, or professionals enjoying a work stay.

Fully equiped for enjoyment before you set off to discover Hobart’s historical and cultural attractions, and CBD just 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

The Space:
Nestled and elevated in Hobart’s exclusive residential area of Battery Point, the apartment is spacious and light with open plan kitchen, living and dining areas offering expansive views of Battery Point and the majestic River Derwent.

Conveniently close to shops, cafes and Hobart’s highlights, the apartment is an easy 15 minute walk into the heart of the city.

Beautifully renovated and decorated, the two bedroom apartment has a stunning and well appointed kitchen with premium marble bench tops and brand new cabinetry. A warm and inviting living space that includes underfloor heating for a cosy delight, as well as covered balcony to take in the fresh Tassie air with a morning brew or nightcap.

Two generous sized bedrooms both styled with calming neutral tones and feature built in robes.
Master bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite, with a queen sized bed in the second bedroom.

Modern and spacious bathroom with bath and underfloor heating for added luxe, and separate laundry with washing machine.

The apartment includes a carport at the front for guests to conveniently park at the property, as well as an undercover parking spot on the bottom level of the block.

Cafes and retail just 5-10 minutes walk, enjoy the sumptuous Jackman & McRoss Bakery for a pastry and morning coffee, or Parklane Espresso for excellent coffee.

Walk just 12 minutes to Salamanca Place to discover the restaurants and retail, and 15 minutes to dine at divine Hobart restaurants like Aloft at Brook Street Pier, or the brand new Maria Restaurant for a delicious Mediterranean menu.

Guests have full access and private use of the entire property.

Battery Point is arguably Hobart's most sought-after suburb filled with heritage-listed properties lining the streets and quant laneways.

Discover the neighbourhood on foot, starting your day with a delicious pastry or full breakfast and coffee from Jackman & McRoss Bakery, less than 10 minutes walk. Salamanca is also only a 10 minute walk down the hill with plenty of options to tempt.

Getting Around:
Discover Hobart on foot, the apartment is centrally located and walking distance to all inner-city attractions - Salamanca Place is a 12 minutes walk, the MONA ferry and the CBD only 15 minutes.

Metro buses can take you into Hobart CBD, with a bus stop conveniently located on nearby Sandy Bay
Road.

Taxi’s and Uber are also available, as well as Neuron and Beam Scooters available to rent via apps.

Good location. Basic amenities provided. Beds were a bit soft. Overall clean and inviting. Great window where we could see part of the bay.

When we arrived at 3.00pm the place was a mess. It hadn't been cleaned or serviced after the previous guests. The agent didn't answer their "emergency" phone number and it took almost an hour for them to get in touch with me after I left several email messages. It took till after 5.30pm to have the placed serviced, so we couldn't check-in till almost 6.00pm, and after a full day of travel, we were very disappointed. Only very basic supplies in the kitchen.... no "welcome pack" or anything special. There were no spare toilet rolls or tissues, so we bought our own. The agent reimbursed us and also gave us a refund for the first night's stay, which was nice.There was a silly Superman Screen Saver on the TV, which took ages to figure out how to remove and we also couldn't work out how to switch the light on over the stove. The Agent was unable to assist us in this regard either, as there were no instructions regarding Appliance Use. The blind in the 2nd bedroom was broken.If you're older than 60 (as we are), you're going to find the lounge too low to sit on and it's even harder to get up off it. On a more positive note.... the location is quite good.... only a ten minute walk to town shops, the wharf, and Salamanca Markets, so long as you don't mind a big hill climb on the way back, which will keep you fit !! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There is a bar-heater in the loungeroom, but no air-cond. Parking is good. Overall is was okay to stay there.
