Welcome to this beautifully renovated three-bedroom home in the heart of Sandy Bay. Fresh white interiors, original Tasmanian Oak timber floors and an extensive renovation have created a bright, warm and inviting space that feels modern while retaining some of the home`s original character. With three queen bedrooms, excellent heating and a convenient location only minutes from central Hobart, the property is equally suited to a weekend escape or a longer stay.

After entering the home, you are greeted by the beautiful original timber flooring that flows through the property. The kitchen is one of the highlights of the renovation and has been completely updated with fresh cabinetry and marble-style benchtops. It is fully equipped for guests who prefer to cook at home, with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer and all the essentials required for a short or extended stay. There is also a generous built-in pantry providing plenty of additional storage.

Coffee lovers are well catered for with a Nespresso pod machine, making it easy to enjoy your morning coffee before heading out to explore Hobart.

Flowing from the kitchen is the main living and dining area. The comfortable living space features a brand-new 55-inch LCD television and a large reverse-cycle heat pump. The heat pump warms the home quickly, with warmth flowing easily through the bedrooms and surrounding areas. A round dining table seating four provides a relaxed place for breakfast, dinner or planning the next day`s adventures.

The home offers three comfortable bedrooms, with each bedroom furnished with a queen bed. All three rooms also have their own standalone wardrobe for clothing and luggage storage, along with an individual panel heater for additional warmth during Tasmania`s cooler months. Combined with the main heat pump, the home is exceptionally comfortable throughout winter.

The newly renovated bathroom includes a modern shower, vanity and toilet. For added convenience, a washer/dryer combination machine is incorporated into the bathroom, allowing guests to take care of laundry during longer stays. There is also a second separate toilet located off the bathroom, particularly useful when the home is occupied by a larger group.

Hot water throughout the property is supplied by gas.

Having a car is convenient for exploring Hobart and southern Tasmania, with the Hobart CBD approximately five minutes away and Hobart Airport around 25 minutes away depending on traffic.
Sandy Bay is also well serviced by public transport, taxis and rideshare services. Many of Hobart`s major attractions, including Salamanca, Battery Point and the waterfront, are only a short drive from the property.
