"因為一直以為已經付了租金, 所以覺得毋需提供航班編號給酒店, 當我們早上到達並打算入住時, 房間已經租了給其他人, 然而我仿然需要繳付首天的費用。不過為免影響旅行心情, 我當時都無意同酒店職員討論。政策係酒店的事, 與職員無關。前臺職員很好, 亦感到她們有盡力幫忙。房間方面非常好, 設備比想像中更齊, 硬件與地點方面的確係有優勢。"
