"The property is as listed. Clean, well located for our needs. I would like to have had the arrival information earlier-we got key codes same day as check-in. Host is very responsive to outreach and handled a problem with key code lock right away. Annoying barking small dog somewhere in the building (?) not the fault of host. We intend to stay here again so that says more than anything else."

"The stay was nice, it was a great location, a small walk to the train station. Great communication with the host. AC problem, but the host made ever effort to fix. We had fans which was okay for our short stay. If you have a car, be prepared to walk a few blocks for parking. Host had a list of garages. Will definitely be back. There is one TV in the living room, wasn’t a problem, more of fyi."

"The location in Hoboken is great with good bars and cafes nearby and easy access to Manhattan via PATH train. Check in and check out was super easy and the unit was clean and accurately described with 3 beds and the fold out couch. The only minor critique I have is that the lockbox for the keys was difficult to open/close and there was only one set of keys to share between 5 people. That isn't enough to effect the rating though, and I would definitely recommend this unit to others."
