“The staff are quite careless. We stored our luggage in the storeroom and they just expected us to go in and grab them ourselves. When we grabbed our suitcases, they never verified and checked whether the suitcases really belonged to us. Seems like people could have taken/stolen other suitcases easily.
One of the staff was also quite rude, never greeted us and asked us how our stay was. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Despite the hotel being 4 stars, the service is more or less 2……

It even comes with a small kitchenette, which is perfect for simple cooking. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Located in a school district, the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended!”
