However, the true highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly its staff. Every team member was exceptionally attentive, kind, and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our entire stay.
And of course, the safaris were the absolute highlight of the experience. Our guides, Jaison and Pete, were simply outstanding. Not only did they demonstrate impressive knowledge of the wildlife, flora, and animal behavior, but they were also tireless in their efforts to provide the best possible sightings. Their passion for what they do is evident, and their dedication to finding the animals and sharing fascinating insights made every game drive unique and exciting.
Jaison and Pete turned the safaris into truly unforgettable experiences, exceeding all of our expectations. We are extremely grateful for their commitment, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
