「I was disappointed to find out that the bar / restaurant was closed Monday and Tuesdays, this was not mentioned or highlighted on booking. As a business trip this was not what i was expecting. The room was extremely nice, but with a small kitchen area there was no microwave or cooker, only a toaster. This meant i could not buy food to cook and had to find a restaurant for my evening meal if i wanted a hot dinner. Everything about the room was amazing, very peaceful and a great night sleep. 「Although the host was charming, the accommodation was not. The room was so small, you had to squeeze around the bed to get to the bath. There was a table and 2 chairs wedged between the bed and the wall. What once was a closet housed a toaster, coffee maker and small fridge. ‘Breakfast’ was a do it yourself in the room with packaged rolls, slices of bread, two cartons of yogurt, juice and milk. This would have been ok if spread on a sideboard down stairs but not in the room. There was no shower,...

「Spa, room and staff all fantastic. We had a meal in the pub (Indian night) and was very disappointed, reminded me of a poor flavoured homemade meal, really not what i expected. Breakfast in the morning was great in every way. Would recommend, just not for the Indian. 」

「As a wheel chair user needed disability access. The room and access was perfect and the staff were very helpful in selecting the right room and being so tentative.」

「The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent and the pub pretty good as well. Location was perfect. Really charming place! The bedroom was on the small side and the bathroom very tiny with no shelves to put any of the essentials. Fine for a couple of nights for 2 people but probably not longer. 」
