The lovely beach is close by but we were told to walk through the overgrown woods to get there and 5 out of the 8 of us got ticks on them. A neighbor informed us we could rather walk down very nice wooden stairs to the beach. The property owner should have informed us. The house is very hot with no central air conditioning. The house was not ready at 4pm check-in - we arrived to cleaners wrapping up. Other issues: [1] washer/dryer was broken so we had to use the same towels, sheets, clothes all week.
