「We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. What truly stood out was the hospitality—the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. I also loved how the resort embraces and showcases local traditions, which made the experience feel authentic and memorable. 「Very pathetic and worst experience. Management of hotel not responsible for anything. I had booked 2 deluxe rooms for 2 nights for family stay as I got fooled by the pics shared on hotels.com website and reviews. I reached hotel at around 3 o clock in night and my rooms were not ready even I had informed beforehand that I will be coming by that time. They provided me already used and dirty blanket, bed sheets and pillow covers. It was clearly visible that they hadn't cleaned rooms after last...
