「Penny’s place was very cute. Had everything you could need. Lots of extra towels and rags. Appreciated it having a blow dryer as I forgot mine. Kitchen is very nice. Full size fridge. 「We actually were moved from this location due to the AC not working. We did arrive and it was exactly as described. Unfortunately, We were moved to The Brownstone in Eureka Springs. It was a beautiful room with a bathroom. It was directly across from the train which was our view. It offered a community kitchen parlor but no grill. 「It was such a great stay for our family of 6. Everyone that wanted had their own room with extra rooms and beds to spare. The Blackstone was a great surprise on the back deck. Such a great stay! 「Our stay in Arkansas was perfect for a family getaway. The property in Holiday Island offered picturesque views of the lake, making it a truly serene retreat. The owners/managers were incredibly helpful and responsive, especially when we misplaced a key. Highly recommend for a relaxing and scenic vacation!」

「We set this up for our adult children to stay nearby for Memorial Day. The house is really cute and the kitchen and living areas are large enough to have a comfortable family gathering. The hosts are very responsive and seemed to have thought of everything you might want to find in a vacation rental. Loved it!」

「The property was bigger and better than i expected. It was clean inside and out. Being so far from home (Minnesota) the cameras made me feel safe, even though you could tell the neighborhood was perfectly safe already. The hosts thought of everything and their guide book to the area was extremely helpful. We will be back to do more waterfall chasing and would absolutely stay here again! 」
