The customer service was wonderful from when the valet team helped us with our bags to check-in and just all around the resort. Our room was clean with the most beautiful view of the mountains. "Area was beautiful. Our mattress, comforter and pillows were all lumpy and uncomfortable. Food and drinks were insanely high. One white russian $22 before the tip. Price gauging ruins any trip yet people must pay it. Check-in at 4 pm is really late. We travel often and it’s never been so late. Overall it was disappointing. "

"I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The location was perfect—close enough to easily walk to shops, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore, which made the trip so convenient and enjoyable. The rental itself was fantastic and had everything we needed. The amenities were excellent and clearly well thought out, making the space comfortable and easy to settle into right away. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Overall, it was an incredible experience and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place in a convenient location!"
