2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with pool access

This is a newly constructed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo located at Northern Lights Condominiums. It sleeps 6 comfortable and includes swimming pool access. Easy access on the ground floor and parking is just outside the unit. Check-in is via keyless access. Guests will be sent their access code 1-2 days prior to arrival.

This ground floor condo is located within walking distance of Lake Michigan (.5 miles) and the towns of Douglas (1 mile) and Saugatuck (3 miles). Oval Beach, a short 2 miles away, has earned an international reputation. The Chicago Tribune ranked it #1 among the Midwest’s top 5 beaches and also ranked it the best beach on Lake Michigan. It is among the 25 best shore lines in the world according to Conde Nast’s Traveler.

Note: for larger groups, we own one other neighboring condo which can handle an additional 2 - 6 adults. See VRBO #4479940

You will also find many extras: basic condiments in the kitchen, laundry supplies, pool towels, a full kitchen with dishwasher; central air; and a fireplace in the living room. Unit also includes a washer & dryer, TV, cable, free wifi, and towels and linens. Front and back patios allow for comfortable gatherings or a quiet space for your morning coffee. Also, beautifully landscaped gardens with a large heated pool and a common area.

3 night minimum during peak season (Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend) and holidays. Weekly rates are offered. 2 night minimum during off season.

Pop’s condo made for a wonderful family vacation to Saugatuck and Douglas. The location near the beautiful pool and Isabel’s Market was ideal, and the central location to nearby activities was perfect. We loved seeing all of the deer in the open land around the complex.

Lovely condo great location on blue star hwy. A few short minutes from downtown Saugatuck. Deli/market next die and coffee shop within walking distance. Oval beach was a close 10 minute drive! WE had a lovely stay!

Overall enjoyed our stay and the location was just what we were looking for. Easy in/out process. The end unit was nice. Needed Dishwasher soap and the owner brought it right over. Kitchen was nicely stocked with pots/pans, knives, and other accessories needed to make our meals. There are some maintenance and cleanliness items that need addressed and replacement of some kitchenware that are needed to make it up to my standard.

Wonderful Spot for a Long Weekend

First time to the Douglas/Saugatuck area and we loved it! This condo is exactly how it is pictured on VRBO. The owner quickly responded to any questions we had. Best pool in the area! We will be back! Noteworthy within 2 miles or less of condo: - Saugatuck Brewing Company: great food and craft beers - Blue Star Cafe: enjoyed breakfast in this little diner - Oval Beach: felt like we were on the ocean, clean beach - Saugatuck Downtown: get there before 11am to claim a parking spot . . . enjoyed strolling through town to shop and eat
