「Everyone was nice and courteous」

「Very friendly staff. Check in was easy. We booked two rooms. Both were very clean. Room/bed was comfortable for our one night stay. Free breakfast was good before our trip home. Highly recommend staying at Monroe Super 8!」

「While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room...

「This hotel was perfect for us! We stayed the night before heading to House on the Rock the next morning, and it ended up being exactly what we needed. We loved having access to the hot tub and pool after a long day, and the continental breakfast the next morning was wonderful. The stay was comfortable, relaxing, and convenient. We would definitely come back again!」

「Everything was clean and the staff was always available and eager to help. The breakfast set up was nice. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereals, bagels and a slicer and toaster, yogurts, muffins, coffee, milk and juices. I’m sure I’m missing some things. Oh and the most important thing to me is the fact that the bed was comfortable. My quality of sleep, according to my watch, was the highest it’s been.」

「Bartender Vinnie was outstanding. We spent 4 nights there and room was never cleaned or linens changed. Did not request, because hotel policy said that cleaning would be done after second day, and were surprised when it never happened. Otherwise, the property is wonderful and I will stay there again, but will request housekeeping services as needed.」
